Together, these threats put our coastal economies, livelihoods, and communities at risk.
Congress funds coastal management and clean water programs within the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency through the passage of the annual budget.
Once again, the Trump administration is attempting to gut these agencies and critical programs. Surfrider is urging Congress to protect funding for federal coastal and ocean programs, and reject the President’s Budget.
